And brought some interesting new things along with it.  In the past the back link update would typically happen 2-3 weeks before the actual Toolbar Updated, now they seemed to both happen simultaneously.

This update seemed to have corrected any ‘over ranking’ that was done on the last PR update.  The algorithm seems to have gone back to almost the exact same as before.  One thing that is a bit strange is the lack of updates to any page ranks from before the messed up 4/4 one.  Maybe they decided to fix what was broken first and then update those at a later date? 

I have heard of various complaints of many pages from sites being classed as supplemental and being dropped from Google main search, this seems to have particularly affected my directory sites.

Anyways, this update was certainly better than the last and hopefully Google will catch up and update older pages soon too.
