Rumors have been rampant that there is a toolbar page rank update happening right now.  Matt Cutts blog has fueled this with a comment stating he would see about an update occuring soon because Big Daddy is finished it’s roll-out.

I have personally not seen any changes, other than the usuall page rank disappearing and reappearing.  I also see no update to Google backlinks for any of my sites which leads me to believe that there is not an update occuring.
